CACAO CEREMONY
I run regular group cacao ceremonies. You can also book a private cacao ceremony for your group. However, some people prefer to journey individually, so opt for a 1-1 session. If the weather permits, I recommend it being outside in nature. If not, I come to you.
What is Cacao?
Cacao is a gift from Mother Earth. A plant medicine. A natural resource that has heart-opening benefits. Cacao reduces stress, helps you sleep better, energises, and makes you feel warm and tingly inside. It triggers the release of Dopamine and Anandamide, encouraging you to feel blissfully bursting with love. It's minimally processed chocolate that retains its natural mood-boosting properties! What to expect from a 1-1 Cacao Ceremony:
We will each enjoy a cup of delicious, nutrient-dense hot cacao made with organic plant-based milk and coconut sugar/organic honey, stirred with intense intention of long-lasting heart-opening. Then, I will guide you on a meditation trip, inside your heart, to meet with the Spirit of Cacao and hear her messages for you. You will be guided to release all the blocks that keep you from a mode of existence fuelled by living with an open heart. Then, I will use sound healing instruments to clear your auric field and allow the messages and upgrades received during the meditation trip to integrate into your life experience.
Aftercare
I will pull some divinatory tools (oracle cards, runes etc) to gain guidance on how you can best move forward with this new energy, and you may decide to do some automatic writing, or share your experience. I will then allow any channelled messages to come through for you.

It is really important to me that my work is accessible, because everyone deserves healing and liberation.
