Entertainment

Crazy Coqs at Brasserie Zedel

For all the theatrical decadence your heart could desire. Spent a night with the Crazy Coqs, where a multitude of flamboyant art forms come to life. Singing waiters, drag singers, burlesque dancers and nipple tassels are waiting to welcome you. Do start the evening with supper in the restaurant, and a drink at in-house Bar Americain (if you can get a table, that is - it's walk-in only). Being inside Brasserie Zedel is like stepping into a portal and emerging in the heart of Paris. Cabaret, Live Music, Theatre, Comedy | Crazy Coqs, Soho

Inspiration

Beyond the Streets art exhibition, Saatchi Gallery

A feast for the eyes that will have you dreaming in technicolour, Beyond the Streets is a must-see exhibition for all those who could do with an infusion of creative vitality and vibrancy. Good for a Londoner's health, as we are currently enjoying a rather long stint of grey cloud. This exhibition will not bore, as it features an eclectic array of art by over 100 international artists. If you would value an exciting kick-up-the-butt to progress with your own self-expression project, get yourself to this show, and bring your notebook too. Inspiration awaits. Tickets cost £15. Expand the Bliss' Love Feast, South London

Every Sunday, the monks and monkinees of BLISS (Bhaktivedanta Lives in Sound Society), a group of young, enthusiastic and philosophic devotees of Krishna (God), open their doors for all to attend the Love Feast. What to expect from a Love Feast? Visit their South London temple home, experience the ecstasy of chanting the miracle Hare Krishna maha mantra (Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare), see how the devotees live, and taste the delicious vegetarian prasadam (sacred, offered, blessed food), which is always a taste sensation. Ask questions, buy books, open your mind! 4.30pm, every Sunday, by donation
