Ever since the vegetarian eatery first opened in Soho back in 1988, Mildred’s has become one of the most popular veggie spots in town, converting even the most loyal carnivores. We can’t fault the restaurant’s self proclaimed offering of “fresh and colourful food full of flavour”, with a standout menu packed with an impressive range of vegan options, many of which are also gluten-free. Black Cat Cafe
For delicious home-made vegan comfort food, head to the Black Cat in Clapton. The independent cafe has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and serves globally inspired dishes packed full of flavour in generous portion sizes.
